Well, the fifth series of YGO is coming out this Spring and I'm really looking forward to watching it. It features a teenage boy named Yuuya Sakaki or, as I just call him by, Yuya. He's has orange and green hair which makes me think... RayXTori? XD it seems to make sense in my head.
My first thought from the goggles Yuya has in that there would maybe be a sort of flying duel. But of course, we know that he rides a pink hippo instead of a craft or bird.
We also know that his Millennium Puzzle- I mean weird stone thing that he wears seems to be key in the series. In the trailer, the stone swayed just like a pendulum!
This takes us into the hinted Pendulum Cards. In the trailer, the word Pendulum appeared in rainbow colors on what appeared to be Yuya's Duel Disk which made me think, "what?" Luckily, Konami has answered the call.
But what do these new cards even do? Not much is known about them but I really hope they're red so we can make the rainbow with the different kinds of cards.
The new series also introduces Action Duels. Wow. This really gets my heart racing. Action. Duel. I totally want to experience one (In case you couldn't tell, that was sarcasm). Anyway, it's like Zexal's virtual reality system but real from what I've gathered
So, I'm just going to kick back and continue watching Zexal until the fabulous day of Arc-V arrives.
